Our third visit to No.1 The Hides — our favourite holiday property in North Norfolk. We were blessed with amazing weather, sunny every day, so lovely walks around RSPB Titchwell, Brancaster Staithe and a couple of trips to Cley Marshes. As a keen birdwatcher the house is so well located. Loved watching the marsh harrier, and lucky to see a hen harrier, goshawk and bittern from the property. We'll be back!

A wonderful home which far exceeded our expectations. We know the local area well, but were blessed with good weather. A bit of a struggle finding the property in the dark with no street lights — we had to ask other residents for help. However, a perfect post-Christmas break. Thank you.

Amazing cottage, superbly equipped (though it could do with a larger fridge!). The highlight of our stay was the seals at Horsey.

We've had a wonderful stay at No.1 The Hides! A beautiful house in a brilliant location. Loved Brancaster beach, Wells-next-the-Sea and EHC's for fish and chips. Also enjoyed visiting Holkham Hall and Sandringham Estate — great woodland parks for the kids!

We had a lovely stay — it was really beautiful. We enjoyed the coffee machine. We will definitely come back. Wish it was longer!

Wonderful stay in such a beautiful house. We had the best time, so much to do. Beaches brilliant, Thornham Deli great and on the doorstep. Loved it. We'll be back.

Beautifully decorated, furnished and done out — very comfortable. Well equipped, though lacking instructions (which would help) for the oven, hob and TV. We know this area very well and love the beaches, bracing walks and some good eateries: Twenty 9 at Burnham Market, The Orange Tree at Thornham, the White Horse at Brancaster Staithe. All worth a visit.

A very beautiful house, well equipped — everything you could need. Fantastic design and interior which felt really homely and cosy. Great location to get to Brancaster beach and Holkham. If you're willing to venture out we would recommend the Crown at East Rudham for a gorgeous meal — it is close to Sandringham. Also enjoyed Thornham Deli and The Orange Tree in Thornham village. Will definitely be back to No.1 The Hides!
